Founder story
Angela Ayres built Spriing after years in dance, podiatry, and movement care showed her how hard it was to find support that actually fits everyday life.

Environment
Spriing was designed so you can replace tired covers instead of throwing away the whole support system, and wear the shell in more of the shoes you already own.

Growing pains are not the only explanation. If your child is regularly sore after sport, limping, or avoiding activity, it is worth paying attention.

Where pain shows up matters. Heel pain after sport, aching shins, sore arches, or knee pain can each point to different loading, footwear, or movement issues.

Growth spurts, training load, footwear, recovery, and the way a child moves can all stack together. There is rarely one simple cause.

Steady training loads, better shoes, stretching, recovery, and consistent support can do a lot before pain becomes a bigger setback.

Start with the practical basics first, then get extra help if the pain keeps returning or starts affecting everyday activity.
