Spriing Pty Ltd (“Spriing”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through spriing.store, why we collect it and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your delivery address and, if different, your billing address
• your order details, including products, sizes, cover choices and any delivery notes
• messages you send us

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card or wallet information directly.

When you browse the site, we also collect technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

• to process, deliver and support your order
• to send order confirmations, shipping updates and refund confirmations
• to answer your questions and handle returns
• to prevent fraud and keep the site secure
• to understand how the site is used and measure our advertising, so we can improve it
• to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We only share your information with service providers that help us run the store:

• Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention
• Australia Post to deliver your order
• Supabase to store order records (hosted in Sydney, Australia)
• Vercel to host the website
• Resend to send order emails
• Sentry to monitor site errors
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for site analytics and ad measurement

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

Your bag is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is still there when you come back. Checkout uses a cookie to link your browser to your checkout session.

Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The store still works without analytics cookies.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections, restricted admin access and trusted service providers. We keep order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax requirements.

We do not ask for health or medical information to place an order. If you choose to tell us about a foot condition when contacting us, we only use it to answer your question. Our product information is general and is not a substitute for advice from your own health professional.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@spriing.store. We may need to keep some order records to meet legal obligations.

If you have a privacy concern, email support@spriing.store and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
