Terms of sale.

These terms apply when you buy from spriing.store, which is operated by Spriing Pty Ltd (ABN 39 639 233 711). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our returns and refunds policy.

Spriing is designed for everyday support for people with low to medium arches. It is a general-use product, not a custom orthotic, and our product information is not medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, diabetes, circulation problems, very high arches, or ongoing foot, knee or back pain, please talk to a podiatrist or other health professional before use. Stop using Spriing and seek advice if it causes pain, blistering or discomfort that does not settle.

We show product colours and patterns as accurately as we can, but they may look slightly different on your screen.

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Standard tracked delivery within Australia is free.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout.
• If a price is clearly listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

You will receive an order confirmation email after payment. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

We currently ship within Australia only, with tracking through Australia Post. Most orders arrive within 6 to 9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays. See our shipping page for details. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Change-of-mind returns, size exchanges and faulty items are covered in our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or our products.

The Spriing name, logo, cover designs, photos and website content belong to Spriing Pty Ltd. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
